Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive full time allocated for your booking. Appointments require a $20 deposit for each hour or part thereof of the appointment time. 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required to receive a refund of the deposit.

Gift Vouchers are available in person, over the phone, email and through our web site and may be delivered by post at your request.

Gift Vouchers can not be replaced if lost or stolen. They have a strict nominated date of expiry.
